Humans are adults, or animals is one who has grown in all its potential. The term adult is employed in relation to human beings to refer to social and legal concepts. Contrary to those who are not considered an adult or "minor" legally adult is a person who has reached the age of majority which makes them independent competent, responsible, and capable.
